How to replace google notebook?

So far, at work, we have successfully used google notebook to track the status and store the numbers of truckers' declarations. But today the notebook was switched to read-only mode and the question arose of how to replace it. Google suggests using docs, but as I understand it, there will be just text or a table, with manual drag and drop of data between sections. Maybe there is some other option to store the notes the way they were in the notebook, or even better?
And it was like this:

I would use nirvanahq here. It would be very convenient =) I would only introduce a few conventions.
