How to replace get request (chrome)?

I'm looking for an extension to replace the get request on the page in the browser. Why do I need it?
Since I'm from UA, Yandex, etc. are blocked, I use Yandex Access, everything seems to be fine, but the extension does not work well with yadi.sk... there is no access to static.yandex.sx/... and, naturally, the file cannot be downloaded. If you change to static.yandex.net/... - loads.
I'm looking for an extension, or a solution on how to change the request before loading the page.

It's better to install a vpn plugin, like https://zaborona.help/ or some kind of ZenMate.
If you need something highly customized, with blackjack, you can install foxyproxy and set different rules for different resources and protocols.
And a separate request can be replaced using resource override , for example.
