How to replace disks on QNAP TS-412U and change RAID type without data loss?

Good afternoon.
Is it possible on the TS-412U instead of the existing 2 disks in the mirror, to install 4 disks in the 5th raid without losing data? Or is there only 1 option - to dump everything to an external drive and then replace all the drives at once with the creation of a new type of array? And then what about the balls and the rights to them?

if possible, it can be done as follows (you only have 4 disks)
1. degrade raid1. 1 disk is freed
2. we build raid5 from 3 disks
3. transfer data to raid5
4. remove the degraded raid1 and attach the disk to raid5
