Tell me a solution for seamless deduplication, for example, like exdupe.com (not my site) but transparent to the operating system (windows), as it is implemented in windows compressed disks.
The specified utility creates an archive in the proprietary .full format, I need to be able to access such an archive using the driver or operating system, get a list of files, copy\delete\modify files, or mount such an archive as a virtual disk.

Look not at the deduplication mechanisms of Windows 2012. Everything is seamless there.
