How to replace by value from another column?

Can you please tell me how to create an alternative to "Find and Replace" in Google Sheets.
Example, there are 2 data types:
101
102
103
And there are surnames Ivanov, Petrov, Sidorov
Each surname has its own number
Ivanov-101, Petrov-102, Sidorov-103.
At the beginning we have only numbers, at the end we need surnames instead of numbers, there is a lot of this data, so doing it by hand is long and difficult.
