How to replace a word in a certain line in Notepad?

The bottom line is that there are 10,000+ different lines in the file.
There are duplicate lines with partially different data
Example:
mail-from *@* *@flaer.mm-mm.ru
the beginning of the mail-from line is unique
Required:
In each line where there is the word mail-from, replace the word mm-mm.ru with m -fora.ru

Search by regular expressions. Should be something like

Найти: (mail-from)([a-zA-Z @\*\.]+)(mm-mm.ru)\r\n
Заменить: $1$2m-fora.ru\r\n
