How to repeat multiple frames in the middle of a GIF?

Hello dear!
It is necessary when creating a GIF in Photoshop in its middle to repeat a couple of blurry frames several times in a row to show speed. Is there a way to not copy them multiple times so as not to increase the overall size?
That is, there is some kind of plot in the gif, then a couple of frames are repeated several times, then again the continuation of the plot. How to make frame repetition as efficient as possible?

Unfortunately, the GIF format is linear, and such optimization cannot be done in it. Perhaps you should look towards css / js animations, if there is such an opportunity.
