There are capacities of Intel Xeon E5 2620 v2 64GB of RAM
with a raid controller up to 5 disks, the wheelbarrow is idle, tell me how it can be rented out like a server (gaming / non-gaming) on Linux for local tests to people (maybe there is some software to put a virtual machine on a physical server and issue a local ip with a port for tests)

How are you with backups?
How about uninterrupted power supply?
How about physical access?
