How to renew TLS certificate on a remote server?

There is a server to which I connect via FTP as a developer. Please advise how to update TLS 1.0 to 1.2 on this remote server, because disabled support, or it is possible to put some kind of stub.
Where to dig?

You need to dig in the direction of finding technical support contacts, or the one who administers this server. If it was disabled, then it was necessary, especially considering that the 1.0 version is not safe.
Perhaps, if there is a hosting control panel, it will be possible to go into it and there, depending on the rights, it will be possible to fix something, but I hardly believe it.

The TLS protocol is configured by the web server. you just need to check it out.
