I would like to partially implement the effect as in this video:

When there is audio visualization, but with a static picture. Found the Cava project - https://github.com/karlstav/cava
But it's a console one. Maybe there are ready-made solutions for Linux / MacOS?
I would like to get a video from an audio file and a static picture, where the background is a static picture, audio from the file, but there is a visualization like in Cava.
