How to render an AE project through the terminal in Windows?

Actually a subject. Is there such a possibility at all? As I understand it, Media Encoder was just created for the standalone rendering of adobe projects, maybe it just has the functionality for rendering through the terminal?
Has anyone heard of this or used/done a similar problem?
