How to remove your site from malwaredomains.com?

Hello.
The site was hacked and distributed malware on port 8080.
domain.com:8080/soft.exe and you could download the exe from my domain. He responded quickly and sorted out the problem.
The domain was included in the mirror2.malwaredomains.com/files/domains.txt
list. This list uses ADBlock and now it blocks all .css, .js, .jpg, etc. when entering the site. files.
There are contacts listed , but there is no answer for them.
Maybe someone knows where malwaredomains comes from, who is the source? And how can I delete my domain?
