How to remove xamarin loading screen after app compilation?

After I compiled and uploaded the program to the phone, I launch it and a black screen appears with the logo and the inscription XAMARIN.
How to remove it?

This is SplashScreen. It is shown while the application is loading and if you remove it, the application will show a blank screen at that time. You can make your own: Android , iOS .
