How to remove write protection on a folder in windows 10?

Can't rename folder, error: remove write protection.
I found a solution only for windows 7, and I have 10. I must say right away
that I downloaded the folder with the files from the Internet.
If I remove the read-only attribute, it does not help.

Remove rights inheritance ("Advanced" button). Set the required permissions.
