How to remove weirdness?

earlier everything worked correctly on a laptop
1) now on one site it does not show the login form (just that block is white). And the rest on the site loaded correctly
2) downloading from YouTube does not work through ss, I

tried to solve it through avast
and ccleaner

1. Try another browser - Firefox
2. Remove/disable all browser extensions
3. Remove all strange software.
4. Reinstall under a clean browser.
5. Reinstall windows.
I hope you don't have to go further than 3 points :)

Go through cleaners like Avira and remove third-party browser extensions.
