How to remove view from artifacts on Project Build?

How to change the action on clicking the "view" button on the Project Build page to be the same as when clicking on the link to the artifact. Or completely remove this button

In general, as they answered me on JIRA, there is no simple solution, but one of the possible options is to use the Simple Theme Plugin and do what I need with the help of Java scripts.
