How to remove values from column B, which contains column A?

Good afternoon. There are two columns. There are only numerical values.
I need only those values in column B that are not in column A.
Or in other words: The unique value must be displayed in column C.
If B1 = not equal to any of the values of column A = Put this value in column C.
Please tell me how do it right?

@select8

in C2 we write =IFERROR(MATCH(B2;A:A;0);"")
Next, we extend the formula
with a filter, leave all the values that are not "" and these will be duplicates of column B that are in column A

@Volunteer

Here is the formula:
=IFERROR(IF(MATCH(B2,A:A,0),"");B2)
Drag down in column C
