How to remove unwanted cities from Navitel map in nm7 format?

Interested in how to leave only the necessary cities in the Navitel map in NM7 format. I just use a maximum of three cities, and the rest are not needed at all, well, the card itself weighs almost 500 mb, and maybe you can increase the free space.

Buy a converter from navigators to nm7 format.
Buy source data (for sure there is no nm7 unwrap converter to any editable format).
