How to remove ubuntu installed next to windows?
Next to window is ubuntu. When booting through grub, the system is selected. So I had to uninstall and reinstall ubuntu.
1) Downloaded ubuntu to a flash drive. Boot from flash drive. I choose install ubuntu - black screen. Without cursor. And the laptop starts to heat up furiously.
2) I found information that can be deleted through the windows boot disk. I created such an image on a flash drive - but it does not load at all! Tobezh in the BIOS I set to boot from a USB flash drive and I get grub with a choice of system.
In general, while I'm at an impasse. I've been jerking off with this hat for 8 hours now...

I advise you to boot into Windows, and with it (Windows) format the USB flash drive with full formatting in FAT32. Then - www.ubuntu.com/download/desktop/create-a-usb-stick...
Peace be with you!
Most likely you do not know how to create a bootable USB flash drive or it is not supported by the BIOS.
To install Ubuntu, it is better to use the Universal USB Installer (as bestking5236 wrote) Nothing bad
will happen to Grub, everything should remain as it is.
Here is the link to the Universal USB
Installer
program
:
www.pendrivelinux.com/downloads/Universal-USB-Inst
... put a tick in front of Format
- now press the Create button, wait and the flash drive is ready!
If you want to uninstall Ubuntu, you can do this:
1. On Windows, install the Acronis OS Selector bootloader and make it active
2. Reboot... this bootloader will recognize Windows and Ubuntu
3. Start Windows again and delete the Ubuntu partition in it, reboot...
4. Now disable it in the bootloader by selecting the default OS Windows
5. Everything is ready, there is only one left on the computer Windows!
