How to remove Ubuntu and install Windows (do not enter the BIOS, Windows does not want to boot from the disk)?

Faced the following problem: I recently installed ubuntu14.04 LTS on my laptop. Everything worked well, but at one point the graphical interface stopped working. After the loading screen with the inscription "UBUNTU" a blank, black screen appears. At the same time, the system works because using the key combination ctrl + F1-F6 I can work in the terminal. Also, several times I managed to enter the guest mode, where even the graphical interface worked. After this incident, I decided to put my native Windows back, BUT neither windows nor ubuntu wanted to start from the disk. I thought that the problem was in the boot priority and decided to go into the BIOS to set the highest priority for my CD ROM'a, but I could not go into the BIOS. the F2 key in Ubuntu brings up the advanced settings of Ubuntu. What should I do,

Maybe because the output in Bios of your laptop is not on F2?! What laptop? Lots of options F10, ESC, DEL...

Now in many laptops there is not only a button to enter the BIOS, but also a button to select the device from which to boot (on gnusmas like F10). If the flash drive is not seen in it, perhaps some Secure Mode or something like that prohibits booting from removable media. In short - ubunta cannot block the entrance to the BIOS in any way, drum on the hot buttons when rebooting.
