How to remove traces of a program on iOS?

There is some program. She's on trial for a while. Obviously, she leaves behind some data that shows that the deadline has expired and it is no longer possible to work.
The question is how and how to clean up this very data so that you can use it again?
After all, when resetting the entire system to factory firmware, this program can be reinstalled and a trial period can be used.

there is no data that the program leaves behind. There is a new DeviceCheck mechanism from Apple that allows application developers to get information from the system whether the application was previously installed on this device. You can read in detail if you're interested: https://developer.apple.com/documentation/devicecheck
PS: Particularly surprising are various tips to clean something, not only is there nothing to clean, but no application can clear anything in iOS except its own data of this application, for almost 10 years now all applications have been working exclusively and only in their own sandbox (sandboxes) and have no access to either the disk or the system (except for the official API)

just like Windows - you clean it with some kind of phone clean
