How to remove those huge spaces in a line in microsoft word?

Can you please tell me how to remove this wretched stretching of words in width with huge spaces, when formatting text "in width"?
There are completely non-working tips on the Internet, such as "ctrl + shift + Space" or in the field replace all 2 spaces with a single one - nothing works.
Help out!

After all, you stretch along the "width", in my opinion, such gaps are the principle of its operation ...
What behavior do you expect then?

Well, well, how do you then stretch the line across the entire width, if not at the expense of spaces?
What will you drag to give the line extra width?
All tips from the Internet are working.
It's just that you apparently have long words and few spaces in the lines.
What else can be done.
- Set auto-hyphenation (then the width of the spaces will be unchanged, and additional width will be given due to part of the words transferred further);
- Reduce the font;
- Reduce text margins;
- And yes, advice from the Internet is inextricable gaps. They won't help in your situation.
