How to remove the US keyboard layout in Windows 7?

I use Birman's typographic layout, set it as the only possible one, but the standard US layout appears from somewhere, although it is not in the list of installed ones. How can I remove it, otherwise PuntoSwitcher switches to it too (it turns out 2 English languages)?

Some illiterately compiled applications may consider that the English layout is necessarily 0x4090409 and forcibly add it to the existing one. Hedgewars did this for me.
Why do you need typographic layouts anyway? Write a small script on AutoHotkey and assign any symbols to any (but already convenient for you personally) keys.

And it's not because of the punto switcher by any chance? Try reassigning layouts using layouts.exe (http://www.liveinternet.ru/users/pomogai-ka/post157318059/)
