How to remove the "t" and "k" overtones in the recording?

I'm trying to process the speech recorded on the phone into something usable. With a deesser, it seems to work, but the overtones "t" and "k" pierce the ear like bullets. Is it possible to do something with this?

Before recording:
1. Pull on the phone "bush" (pop filter);
2. Buy a separate microphone with a pop filter and connect to the phone;
If you have already recorded:
3. Use the software pop filter in any audio editor. Hemorrhoids, but where to go. Audiacity definitely has it: https://blog.accusonus.com/audio-clean-up/click-re...

buy a normal microphone and a normal sound card. Recorded voice hundreds of times and never had a problem. It is also possible that your announcer has problems with diction, try to hire the right one.
