Task: to write a speech
I use: an inexpensive laptop with a universal minijack (line/mic / headphones ) ,

It is clear that shura is better, but will it be "better" noticeable when writing to a laptop at home. Or don't bother? Now I am writing on Plantronics .Audio 310 https://market.yandex.ru/product/6383393?show-uid=... and either squeaks are either quiet or like from the toilet. Possibly crooked hands. Briefly advise what to do.

Any USB, with digitization in a laptop, there will always be problems with noise, you need to test it. And obs for tutorials is not sharpened.
