How to remove the spinning download icon next to the cursor in Google Chrome?

When opening pages, tabs, settings, the download wheel spins near the mouse cursor. How can it be hidden? Extensions were all disabled , browser settings were reset , browsing history and cookies were deleted, the browser was deleted and reinstalled, but the problem did not disappear (although it is incorrect to call it a problem, but still annoying). The most interesting thing is that in incognito mode the wheel does not rotate. By the way, I also disabled saving cookies , but it did not help . What else can you do with Google Chrome ?
