Although no, the ttl method still works. For those who need it, I will explain what it is and what it is eaten with.
The fact is that every device (mobile phone, laptop, etc.) that supports a wi-fi connection has the so-called ttl. For laptops, by default, ttl is 128, and for android-based mobile phones, ttl is 64, I don’t know how it is with modems, so sorry, I won’t help with this.
Let's say that you distribute wifi from your phone to a laptop (in my case, to a laptop running linux, but I will also affect windows 10), therefore, by default on the phone ttl = 64 (but the operator receives the number 63, because it takes away one. Honestly, I didn’t quite understand why this should be done), and on a laptop ttl = 128 (the operator receives the number 127). So the operator monitors the whole thing, and understands that the phone is stripped to an Internet device with ttl = 127 (that is, a laptop), and therefore, in this way, he establishes a restriction.
So, thinking logically, we come to the idea of ​​changing the ttl of the computer to 65 so that the operator gets the number 64 when he exits, therefore he will think that you are not distributing the Internet to anyone, but simply sitting in it through your phone and restrictions will not be imposed.
And so, I think I didn’t mess with your brains with this and I’ll get to the point, from the beginning I’ll tell you how to change the ttl value on Linux and then on Windows.
For Linux, it’s enough to enter into the terminal sudo sysctl -w net.ipv4.ip_default_ttl=65, after which you need to reboot the device, and then check that ttl is really 65, for this there is a command ping 127.0.0.1, here I think you yourself will see where to look if ttl = 128 means something went wrong and Google to help you, but this is unlikely!
For windows, I used this program, softrare.ru/windows/ttlpatch
everything is very clear there, enter the number 65 in a special field, apply, PROFIT! Everything should work.
