How to configure USB modem 4g on OpenWRT?

Good day.
Faced such a problem. There is a linksys ea4500 router, which in the standard firmware is not friendly with usb modems. I installed OpenWRT on it, but I still can’t understand from the wiki how to connect a usb modem. Did according to the instructions

opkg install comgt kmod-usb-serial kmod-usb-serial-option kmod-usb-serial-wwan usb-modeswitch usb-modeswitch-data

But I don’t understand what to do next, please tell me what to do next?

Moped Stick or Hilink mode? What model?
The fact is that depending on the modem mode and the settings are different, and the packages in OpenWRT need to be loaded differently.
In the first case, this is a classic modem; in the second, it is a network card. If the modem is 4G, then in the first case you won’t get more than 20 megabits, in the second, depending on the base station, 150 is possible.
In general, for a full answer, your explanations are needed on the merits of the questions asked above.
