How to remotely turn on a PC via GSM?
Good day!
There is a need to remotely turn on a PC via GSM, I imagine such a scheme in the form of a call to a mobile phone. and through a certain circuit, something like a relay mechanism connected to the output wires of a vibration engine or speaker, the power button on the PC, or the power connector on the motherboard, should close.
I have a question for you regarding the possibility of technical implementation of this mechanism for turning on a PC, and how to correctly assemble such a circuit and in what direction to move.
Many thanks in advance to everyone who responds!

How to remotely turn on a computer using a mobile phone? already discussed in sufficient detail
there are ready-made external gsm modules, I think it can be done so that when a signal arrives at it, it wakes up the computer, and always send the computer into hibernation.
1) Arduino + gsm module for it
2) Raspberry Pi + gsm modem
As for the call, I won’t say exactly how it can be implemented, but you can easily detect the arrival of an SMS via AT commands
Well, the most budget option:
3) Arduino + an old phone connected via an appropriate cable (RS232)
