How to remove the remaining alias in joomla3?

Previously, I created several items (windows, linux, android, macos) and added (games) to them, three menu items worked fine:
windows/games
linux/games
macos/games
android / didn’t work here and gave an error:

Save failed due to error: Another category with the same parent category already contains the same alias

I realized that this would not work for me and deleted all categories and menu items. After that, I decided to do it easier, but now aliases with the name games are no longer created and write the same error.
Read the forums, from the solutions:

• Emptying the trash in the menu manager and in the content categories did not help. Not everyone helps judging by the outcome of the posts on the forum.
  
• To come into a DB and to search there... It is difficult. Is there an easier way to solve this problem?
  
• Will an update fix this issue? (after the last update, my styles in the protostar template were erased, I would not want to repeat)

The question is difficult to answer, since there could have been a simple inattention. Initially, the decision to delete all menu items was wrong, it was necessary to figure out why the games item was not created in android.
Updating is unlikely to help, but you should try. Or you can study bycaps (if any) for how it worked there and whether it is possible to create the desired menu item.
