Not long ago, I began to disassemble Framework7 for writing mobile applications using htm + js and a question arose to which I could not find an answer, in fact, from the screen you can see a panel that is painfully annoying, if there are options to remove it with the current development method?

I'm afraid that there is no way (without writing native code). Previously, this panel could be removed using the Ionic Keyboard plugin. But in the latest version of the plugin, the corresponding feature was removed for the following reason:
This method started causing apps to be rejected from the App Store, so has been removed until a workaround is found.
