How to remove the menu bar in Thunderbird?

Good day to all!
I'm setting up a thunderbird for corporate mail. If I apply my settings from thunderbird.cfg then the menu bar appears. I can't hide it in any way; I can't find the setting for this in about:config. Found only in the xulstore.json profile, which has this:

{"chrome://messenger/content/messenger.xul":{"mail-toolbar-menubar2":{"autohide":"false"},<...>

If you uncheck "View - Show/Hide - Menu Bar", then this value will change to "true".
Question: how to make sure that when creating a user profile, the menu does not appear?
