ICQ for Thunderbird 38*?

Do you know a working plugin that adds the icq protocol to thunderbird version 38 and above?
I found Additional Chat Protocols for Thunderbird but it's only up to version 17. I disabled the compatibility check, the add-on was installed, but it still says that the add-on is not compatible,

or is there still a way to run this add-on?

the new one has not yet been released,
open the extension with the archiver, the file with .xpi resolution is a zip archive
, open install.rdf in a text editor,
find the lines:

<em:minVersion>15.0</em:minVersion>
<em:maxVersion>17.0</em:maxVersion>

replace max. version from 17.0 to 38.0 and save.
the extension will become compatible.
