How to remove the language switching output on the desktop?

After reinstalling Windows, the language switching output appeared on the desktop (see Fig.)
Having looked around all the parameters associated with the keyboard and input, I did not find how to remove it.

ps the problem is still relevant, maybe it has something to do with switching via win + space
upd. most likely this is a non-disabled feature in the latest version 1903 (build 18362.175)
