How to remove the grub bootloader and does it affect the work?
I rolled kali and ubuntu onto the computer, their loaders were installed. Then I decided to install Windows10, installed it with disk formatting (when choosing a disk where to put it, I deleted everything). With UEFI booting, bootloaders from kali and ubuntu remained in the BIOS. Does this somehow affect the loading of Windows and how best to remove them?

Perhaps there were just entries about bootloaders in UEFI. You can try to remove them through the UEFI interface, or boot into Linux from a USB flash drive and remove them using efibootmgr.
