How to remove the fifth element (below) but so that it remains in the main menu of the site and on the products tab and there are only 4 cards here, and not 5 as it is now? And how to set up the order of output of these cards?

Add a parameter to the infoblock, show\don't show, check the condition in the view in the loop, or artificially cut out the condition by != element ID through if
