Good afternoon, I have a question about customizing the sale.order.ajax component.
How can I make it so that when placing an order, the user does not need to enter an email, but the order is registered on the phone?
That is, the buyer should be created based on the phone, not email.
Is it possible to do this with the standard Bitrix settings, if not, how best to customize it, in which direction to dig?

If you already customize it in a ready-made system, then the easiest way is at the level of the ordering template - using javascript to make the email input field invisible, and at the time of entering the phone, enter an email of the type [email protected] in the email field - because the order is completely without email cannot be created. Look at the code of the quick order components from the marketplace - they all substitute something as an email.
