How to close the folder with files /upload/logs/ in Bitrix for access through a browser or only by authorization?

We plan to store logs in this folder, but the information is now publicly available by url request. How to put http authorization only on this folder or even block access to it?

Add the .htaccess file to the /upload/logs/ folder and write deny from all in it
