At the moment, I commented out the information in meta.php, as a result, the categories left only the product card ... Is it right to do this?

From the product card - see the hooks here - https://businessbloomer.com/woocommerce-visual-hoo... I'm not sure if this is a standard WC callback, maybe the theme already hangs something of its own. Look at the callbacks on these hooks in the product card and remove the unnecessary one using remove_action.
Although what the hell is not joking, in your template there it is possible that it was even hardcoded, see the template code.
