How to remove the Always / Just once buttons in Android 4.1 when selecting an application so that Just once is always implied?

Whenever you select a file or contact or something like that in order to open it or do something with it, the system allows you to select the application with which the action will be performed, in the selection dialog there are Always and Just once buttons, one of which must be pressed after selecting an application.
I often choose different applications and I want to always be offered this choice, so I ALWAYS press "Just once" and I would like to not even be asked about this, so that when choosing an application (one click (except for clicking on the file) ) the file was immediately opened in the selected application and "Just once" was implied".
Is it possible to somehow achieve this behavior?

I don't remember what android they did this with. There you have to double-click on the application.
