How to remove sticky DTMF keys?

Good afternoon, there is a bunch of Asterisk + dongle, when using an additional dial (for example, when you call the operator and select one to go to the next menu, starting a cyclic clatter), the keys stick (as I understand it).
Who faced such a situation and how to solve it?

What keys, what are you talking about? DTMF is just tones sent on the line. There are no mechanics in either Asterisk or the USB modem.

Enable DTMF logs on the aster and see what happens during dialing.
Try other dtmf modes and enable relaxdtmf=yes.
