How to remove silence at the start of audio / video?
There is a terribly annoying thing when a video starts on youtube or a song in yandex.music (in general, streaming sound in any application / site) there is no sound for the first seconds, but the progress slider moves and then the sound appears, if you scroll back the sound will be in place. Often in these couple of seconds, the first ones say something important, so you have to rewind to hear what was there.
How to win it? It seems to me that on computers where I have intel at this moment there may be a slight stutter and much less often, and where amd is much more often and silence in a couple of seconds. This is both via bluetooth and by wire (any wire).
Drivers are all up to date.
Proc Ryzen 3400g, motherboard ASRock Fatal1ty B450 Gaming-ITX/ac.
UPD: I tried it through a different connector on the front panel, I don’t hear these problems through the realtek driver, apparently the problem is somewhere in amd audio, it seems to me.

In general, it seems that I decided like this guy in the video, but he did it not for Realtek, but for AMD. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uxsE17PzrCc&t=187s
