How to remove separator lines in PyCharm?

Somehow wandered through the settings and activated such a feature. Now my eyes are very mazolit, but I don’t remember where I included it. I looked all over the settings but couldn't find it. Maybe someone will tell?

You should learn English. Highly recommend. For a request to Google, you will need the words "methods", "separator". In English it is 'methods' , 'separator' .
1. In the address bar, type 'google.com'
2. In the page that opens, type "pycharm methods separator'
