How to remove sender block in MS?

Good afternoon! We have corporate mail on the zoho service, it has been working for more than 5 years. Today, two employees do not deliver letters to some addresses (4 addresses), to other different addresses everything is ok. The email is returned with an error:

PS We don't have mailing lists as such, we communicate only with corporate clients.

hotmail,outlook block / send to spam according to criteria known only to them alone. Paranoia is over the top, and you do not affect anything.
All these actions that they recommend to perform are like dead poultices
. Worse than that corporate mails are hosted on outlook
. Sorry, but there seems to be no way out.
Either ask the counterparty to create a mailbox on another hosting or send it yourself from there

The answer assumes that spf / dkim, return to dns are configured correctly and you are not a spammer
