How to remove security warnings ie?

The site works on https.
ie 8 keeps throwing security warnings.
Already all frames, all http links, cleaned and removed everything - it still throws this message.
How to get rid of this message?
Are there any debuggers that reveal the cause of this message?

Browser Options=>Security=>Trusted Sites=>Other. Add the desired site.

try reinstalling the drivers on the laptop, if that doesn't help look at the router settings.
