How to remove question marks in Sublime text?

When developing in Python in an interactive Python window in Sublime text, instead of Russian characters, question marks, as I understand it, Subleme Text cannot recognize Russian characters. Who knows if this can be fixed?

Hello. And I have a similar problem with Sublime Text. I will describe briefly - initially, when installing yesterday, Russian was displayed during the execution of programs. But, then something went wrong while installing the plugins. I fiddled with the settings. Then I decided to remove Sublime Text and install it again, but this did not solve the problem. Moreover, in the text of the program everything is in order with Russian, but in the output through python, diamonds with question marks are obtained instead of Russian letters. All the above methods do not help me either. Please help me figure it out. I really liked Sublime Text, I would like to continue working with it.
