What to study with Python?

I am learning python. I understand that stupidly with the knowledge of one language they won’t take anywhere, I looked at the vacancies, there my eyes run wide from the requirements - from knowledge of databases to celery. There are a lot of different frameworks and technologies. What are the best things to learn and in what order?

regex-py is highly desirable
the rest depends on what you want to do in python
, its scope is very wide

bootstrap/css/less/sass
jquery/js
sql - you won't need it to the middle+ level, but how to do 3NF will need to be learned in parallel with learning django (otherwise you will cut suboptimal models)
