1) Check your PC using Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool 2015 ( support.kaspersky.ru/8527 ) or Kaspersky Rescue Disk 10 ( support.kaspersky.ru/4162 ) (if Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool does not start or freezes!);
2) Read the article blog.kaspersky.ru/adware-toolbar/4733 and remove everything unnecessary;
3) If you have a PC product installed, enable the detection of potentially unwanted software (settings - advanced - settings for threats and exclusions - detect other programs, run the database update and restart the computer when it is finished; run a full virus scan
4) If the problem persists - contact to the "Fighting viruses" section of the official Kaspersky Lab forum (forum.kaspersky.com/index.php?showforum=18 ), where you can attach the logs required by the rules ( forum.kaspersky.com/index.php?showtopic=322756 ).
