How to remove ping jumps in online games?

Constant jumps in ping in all online games (Apex Legends, R6, Warzone). Internet provider - Dom.ru. Jumps from 80 to 1000 (sometimes up to 2000). At intervals of no more than 5 seconds. After checking through various testers, I changed the dns server, the ping from the provider is 0, the packet loss is 0. Until recently, there were no problems, no changes occurred. In hopes of solving the problem, I bought a new tp-link n 300 router (before that there was a router from the provider, but there were no problems with it). There are no problems with speed. What problems could arise? I do not want to change the provider, because the tariff and speed suit me. Connecting via ethernet cable from router to pc

Have you tried connecting with a cable?
In general, WIFI 4 is not suitable for online games - try WIFI 5 or 6 better.
Another problem may be on the computer side - for example, not a very fast adapter.

If there were no problems with the provider - why change the router? Moreover, the same cheap line as that of Provo
Variants. Try to play around with the wifi
settings on the router, set the channel manually... maybe some "neighbor" appeared on the same frequency cable, from the router to the PC. If there is no problem - dig the wifi settings, see point 1

This is a very broad topic for discussion. There are no simple recommendations here, as there are many factors and elements in the data transmission chain over the network.
You can write a canvas of text with recommendations, but they do not make any sense.
The best option is to change providers.
Or call when jumps occur, and let them watch. In any case, it's a chore, and the vast majority will not admit that the problems are on their side.
Therefore, if it is possible to change the provider - do so. But first call or leave a request that there are problems and you need a solution. If they don't help, feel free to change.
