How to remove pages from the index?

Previously, there were links of the form
http://site.ru/pam/?id=43
Now they are
http://site.ru/pam/param/43
How to delete old pages harmlessly?
Disallow: /pam/
This, I think, does not fit here, there are subfolders

If you want to close pages from indexing in robots.txt, then for pages like site.ru/pam/?id=43 you can specify:
BUT, if these pages no longer exist, and instead of them /pam/param/*, then you it is more logical to make a 301 page redirect from the old ones to the corresponding new ones. After all, why close something that no longer exists.
